ANDREW E. RANDALL
Andrew E. Randall was the founder and initial President and CEO of Cleveland Private Trust Company ( a division of Emigrant Bank) ) where he also served as a Director of the Board from 2019-2025. He was responsible obtaining regulatory approval from the State of Ohio , developing a business plan , securing the 49% local equity investment business development and relationship management. Between 2011-2019 he was Managing Director of New York Private Bank and Trust in the Cleveland Office which he opened in 2011. Prior to joining Emigrant Bank (New York Private Bank and Trust ) in 2011 , Mr. Randall was President of TriState Capital Bank’s Ohio operation that he opened in 2008 , from 1995-2005 was Executive Vice President & Chairman of U.S. Bank in Cleveland responsible for all business activities in Northern & Central Ohio and President of U.S. Bank’s Wisconsin operation that held $18 billion in total assets and responsible for commercial banking activities including consumer and private banking, commercial real estate, asset and treasury management. Mr. Randall also spent 20 years (1975-1995) with Bank of America, working in New York, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong and San Francisco where he held various lending roles and also served as Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Management responsible for generating annual revenues of $200 million.
Mr. Randall has a number of civic interests, which include Board Member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Past Board Chairman Board of Cuyahoga Community College, Past President of Park Synagogue, Board Member Menorah Park Senior Living Facility and Trustee of the Cleveland Clinic.
He received his M.B.A. in Finance from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Business Management from Bradley University
